COVID-19 Update

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

The wellbeing of our tenants and team members is of paramount importance. We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure their safety. Thus, we are taking precautions cleaning rooms and exposed surfaces thoroughly and providing hand sanitisers. We will continue to do everything we can to help you safely navigate during this challenging time without any major disruption to the usual service.

Our facilities


Q. How often is the apartment cleaned?
A. The common areas of the apartment is cleaned once a week.

Q. Is every room furnished?
A. Yes, all of our rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and cupboard.

Q. Are utilities included?
A. Yes, utilities are included with the monthly rent.However if you need an air-conditioner it is an additional $60 per month.

Q. Is internet provided?
A. Yes, internet is included in the monthly rent and WIFI is available in all of our properties and rooms.



Costs and fees


Q. What is included in the monthly cost?
A. The monthly cost includes rent, utilities and internet.

Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. Yes, we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Q. Is there a penalty for moving out early?
A. As long as you give us 30 days notice, there is no penalty. Moving out date needs to be at the end of the month.


Application process


Q. What is the minimum length of stay?
A. The minimum length of stay in our properties is 30 days.

Q. Can I inspect the property?
A. Yes, however please give us at least 24 hours notice before inspecting the property.

Q. Can I apply from overseas?
A. Yes! We welcome applications from overseas, one of our main goals is to help international guests!

Q. What documents do I need for the application?
A. For non-US residents we will require your Passport and US Visa details
    For US residents we will require a background check.

After moving in


Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our properties

Q. Can I have friends visit and stay over?
A. Visiting is welcome between 10 am and 10 pm. Staying over will depend on each property and rooms.

Q. What happens if I would like to change my length of stay?
A. You might be able to shorten or extend your stay if no one else has booked your room. Please contact us right away if your      circumstances have changed.
