The wellbeing of our tenants and team members is of paramount importance. We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure their safety. Thus, we are taking precautions cleaning rooms and exposed surfaces thoroughly and providing hand sanitisers. We will continue to do everything we can to help you safely navigate during this challenging time without any major disruption to the usual service.

We will require a $500 security deposit for any of our AirBNB bookings.
You will not be charged immediately, however if you have caused any damage or stain to the property then we will be able to claim up to that amount.
If you wish to make changes to your existing booking such as extensions, please let us know at least 28 days prior.
You may not be secure the same room or apartment if you do not give us at least 28 days notice.
Please provide us with at least 28 days notice for any cancellations or if you are moving out early.
We are unable to provide any refund for any stays within 28 days.
